The Catalysis Club of Philadelphia has changed the reservation system.

In effort to reduce costs for the club, pay­ment through Pay­Pal is now required to reg­is­ter. The two new text fields in the Pay­Pal form are all that’s need­ed for reg­is­tra­tion. Thank you for your under­stand­ing.

The month­ly meet­ings will be held at the Brandy­wine Plaza Hotel (630 Naa­mans Road, Clay­mont, Delaware 19703). Meet­ing room — Dover on main lev­el.

The meal options include:

1. Herb Roast­ed Half Chick­en — served with Au Jus

2. 6oz. Baked Floun­der —  Stuffed with Spinach and Mush­rooms, Topped with a Creamy Bechamel Sauce

3. Veg­an Pas­ta Dish —  Cavat­ap­pi Pas­ta Served with Oven Roast­ed Sea­son­al Veg­eta­bles Topped with a Veg­an Mari­nara Sauce
