Hen\u00adry Wein\u00adberg<sup>b<\/sup> and Karin Yac\u00adca\u00adto<sup>b<\/sup><br>\nPre\u00adsent\u00aded by <strong>Joel Cize\u00adron<\/strong><br>\n<br>\n<strong>Abstract<\/strong> \u2014 High-through\u00adput tech\u00adniques and approach\u00ades have been applied to the dis\u00adcov\u00adery of cat\u00ada\u00adlysts for selec\u00adtive low tem\u00adper\u00ada\u00adture CO oxi\u00adda\u00adtion and for the water\u2013gas shift (WGS) reac\u00adtion. Mul\u00adti\u00adple lev\u00adels of screen\u00ading were used with increas\u00ading test com\u00adplex\u00adi\u00adty as the num\u00adber of sam\u00adples decreased due to the elim\u00adi\u00adna\u00adtion of poor-per\u00adform\u00ading sam\u00adples and focus\u00ading on the most promis\u00ading cat\u00ada\u00adlyst can\u00addi\u00addates. Pri\u00adma\u00adry screens are used for the dis\u00adcov\u00adery of hits, and quan\u00adti\u00adta\u00adtive sec\u00adondary screens for hit con\u00adfir\u00adma\u00adtion, lead opti\u00admiza\u00adtion and scale-up.<\/p>\n<p>Nov\u00adel RuCoCe com\u00adpo\u00adsi\u00adtions were dis\u00adcov\u00adered and opti\u00admized for CO oxidation\/VOC removal and the effect of met\u00adal pre\u00adcur\u00adsors used and dop\u00ading was inves\u00adti\u00adgat\u00aded for sup\u00adport\u00aded and bulk mixed oxide cat\u00ada\u00adlysts. For <acronym title=\"Water\u2013Gas Shift\">WGS<\/acronym>, noble met\u00adal-free and Pt-doped CoFeRu mixed oxides as well as Pt on CeO<sub>2<\/sub> and Pt on CeO<sub>2<\/sub>\/ZrO<sub>2<\/sub> were inves\u00adti\u00adgat\u00aded and a new syn\u00ader\u00adgis\u00adtic PtFeCe ternary com\u00adpo\u00adsi\u00adtion was dis\u00adcov\u00adered.
