I will empha\u00adsize the struc\u00adturalelu\u00adci\u00adda\u00adtion and prop\u00ader\u00adties of SSZ-74, an excep\u00adtion\u00adal zeo\u00adlite that pos\u00adsess\u00ades ordered tetra\u00adhe\u00addral\u00adsite vacan\u00adcies. In the sec\u00adond part of the dis\u00adcus\u00adsion, I will describe how we have pre\u00adpared\u00addi\u00adqua\u00adter\u00adnary ammo\u00adni\u00adum mol\u00ade\u00adcules from enam\u00adine pre\u00adcur\u00adsors. One of these SDA is used topre\u00adpare the nov\u00adel zeo\u00adlite SSZ-82, and sev\u00ader\u00adal of the mol\u00ade\u00adcules are selec\u00adtive for thea\u00adlu\u00admi\u00adnosil\u00adi\u00adcate and borosil\u00adi\u00adcate ver\u00adsions of the SSZ-26\/33 fam\u00adi\u00adly, which has very few knownS\u00adDA mol\u00ade\u00adcules

It was here Allen dis\u00adcov\u00adered his pas\u00adsion for zeo\u00adlite syn\u00adthe\u00adsis, which he con\u00adtin\u00adued under the post\u00addoc\u00adtor\u00adal guid\u00adance of Prof Mark Davis at Cal\u00adTech.
