We have con\u00adtract\u00aded with a firm that is expe\u00adri\u00adenced in on-line vot\u00ading to ensure the accu\u00adracy and con\u00adfi\u00adden\u00adtial\u00adity of the process. <strong>The elec\u00adtions are sched\u00aduled for March 18th to April 5th<\/strong>. You will be receiv\u00ading an email mes\u00adsage on March 17th with your user\u00adname, unique pass\u00adword and a link to a restrict\u00aded vot\u00ading web\u00adpage. The sub\u00adject head\u00adline is \u201cNACS Elec\u00adtions for Direc\u00adtors-at-Large\u201d.  Please don\u2019t delete this email until you cast your vote. If you have a prob\u00adlem receiv\u00ading this email, then you need to con\u00adtact Edrick Morales at edrickmorales@\u200blive.\u200bcom.<\/p>\n<p>The web log-in page will have instruc\u00adtions on how to use your elec\u00adtron\u00adic bal\u00adlot with links to tech\u00adni\u00adcal assis\u00adtance in case you have dif\u00adfi\u00adcul\u00adty with the log-in and PDF doc\u00adu\u00adments with the pro\u00adposed amend\u00adments and revised ver\u00adsion of the by-laws.<\/p>\n<p>You can cast your vote start\u00ading on March 18th at 12:01 am. The vot\u00ading web\u00adpage will be held open to those mem\u00adbers of NACS (includ\u00ading stu\u00addents) who reside with\u00adin North Amer\u00adi\u00adca.  Back\u00adground infor\u00adma\u00adtion for each can\u00addi\u00addate will be avail\u00adable on the bal\u00adlot site with a hyper\u00adlink asso\u00adci\u00adat\u00aded to each candidate\u2019s name.  On the bal\u00adlot web\u00adsite, you will be select\u00ading only six (6) or less mem\u00adbers from the slate of 11 can\u00addi\u00addates for the office of Direc\u00adtor-at-Large and one vote to approve or not approve the amend\u00adments to the by-laws. The top six can\u00addi\u00addates will be elect\u00aded to office if the amend\u00adments to the by-laws are approved; oth\u00ader\u00adwise, the top four (4) can\u00addi\u00addates will be elect\u00aded.<\/p>\n<p>Vot\u00aders will need to log back in and com\u00adplete the bal\u00adlot from scratch if they log-out or close the brows\u00ader win\u00addow with\u00adout sub\u00admit\u00adting their bal\u00adlot.
