At the Feb­ru­ary 22, 2007 meet­ing of the Catal­y­sis Club of Philadel­phia, the mem­ber­ship vot­ed to approve an amend­ment to the Bylaws which fur­ther defines the annu­al Catal­y­sis Club of Philadel­phia Award so that the Award may include a cash prize. The addi­tion to the Bylaws is now item 3 in Bylaw IX.
